midwinter in his garden

There’s certainly not much in flower in our garden at this time of year, a few struggling miniature roses

The zygocactus on the back veranda is in bloom.

Apparently some steps will be added today.

  1. Looking much better than mine though.

  2. Looks like quite a lot of life out there. Thanks for sharing.

  3. Looks like you have some color this winter. It's so hot here that the predominate color in many gardens is brown.

  4. That is a great bunch of flowers! I love to see what is in your yard!
At least the construction is moving forward...

  5. I'm surprised to see so much blooming there. Your zygocactus bloom is a really pretty color.

  6. Cant believe these are winter flowers for you! Except for the roses non of these would last a day during our winters.

  7. Very pretty! I love seeing flower pictures. Your deck is really coming along!

  8. Is been so wet here, our garden is full of weeds. Just one nice weekend is all I want so I can get it back spic and span again. The decking looks great.
