Involuntarily screamed during the procedure [usually I have a high pain threshold] - it made me cry and then I got into trouble for moving! Most painful thing I've ever experienced, including childbirth! Doctor didn't inject any fluid at all - my shoulder couldn't handle it!
Sore arm, stiff, will post when feeling better later this week!

ReplyDeleteWhen I was a child, I remember my mother crying when she had this injection. But she didn't bat an eyelid when she slammed her finger in a safe door. So I know it must be REALLY painful. Please recover soon.

ReplyDeleteI agree with your comment abut the train along the Hawkesbury. I often travel to Woy Woy and always have knitting I don't have to look at. However, the scenery around Gloucester, Dungog, , Stroud is also beautiful.

Oh Lynn, you poor chicken. I have had cortisone years ago in my wrist and it's certainly no picnic. Hugs!!!!! Take it easy.
